Backup systems are very important. Every system that one uses should have another system in place in case of an enemy attack, sabotage or just simply a failure. One of the Todaro Teams' most important systems would be our open house events that must take place every Sunday. We have a team of agents who are scheduled to host each event, but there is always a backup agent ready to substitute.
Another very important system is scheduling listing appointments. There are two Todaro Team members, Lorraine Kuney and Jerry Bluhm, and one can pinch hit for the other, at any time. They are both seasoned agents.
There is marketing to be done, and my direct mail marketing postcards have a standard template which makes it easy for any one of the team members to submit the information, photos and listing agents' information to create a postcard mailer.
Blogging is my department. ActiveRain has a backup system on Wordpress. This is the most important backup system that I need and without it, there could be a big gap in production. If there are "proxy errors" or if the server is not working properly, I can submit my blogs on Wordpress; Google will index it and I'll not miss a beat. Everyone needs to have systems in place to take over when there is a failure within the existing plan. Life goes on, and we must prepare for it. Don't get caught in the Rain without an umbrella!! You'll not be happy.
