
Blogging is a great way to create energy about your inventory. My method is to blog about everything that happens with each of our listings. During the Sunday open house at The Villas at Eagles Nest, Jerry Bluhm had several visitors (I blogged about that!!) Yesterday, he wrote two reservations with two of those visitors (I blogged about that!!) Today, he will be listing those two properties owned by the folks who wrote the reservations (I'll be blogging about that!!)
Blogging is such an easy way to create energy that can be shared with the world. People are reading the blogs and the more of them I submit, the greater the pouring of visitors to the various new communities. That increase in attendance will result in more reservations.
The more positive energy that is radiated through my blogs, the greater the chance that another seller will read it and list with us. The options and advantages of blogging are never ending, and the more one blogs, the greater the rewards. Share your energy and enthusiasm with everyone. It's a select few in our industry who blog consistently. Blog about your production, and increase your income to the next level. It's like getting an unexpected bonus.

After reading a post this morning by Charles Edwards called "Make It Work People" I thought I'd write about what makes it work for me and my team.
