Yesterday, I wrote a post titled “Shake the fruit from the tree….do whatever it takes to make the phone ring.” That post discussed the “beefed up” marketing that will be initiated in an attempt to increase the number of new prospects calling us. This is a sample of the jumbo postcard that will be mailed to 7,000 homes in Franklin MA, in order to accomplish that task.
It’s a simple message with an offering of a 1% rebate to the buyer of any home or condo purchase. This offer will be in effect through November 15, 2011. We’ll have flexibility with that 1%. If a buyer is purchasing new construction, the 1% could also be used toward additional extras or upgrades.
This card should make the phone ring through November 15th for The Kuney-Todaro Team, and the buyers who call will benefit to the tune of 1% of the sale price of their purchase!!!
