The real estate market is picking up momentum, and agents are much busier now than they have been in the past several months. The marketing department within our office has seen a tremendous increase this month in "just listed" postcards; new flyers have been designed for new listings; and jumbo postcards with the Red Sox game schedule have been printed and mailed.
It's refreshing to see so much activity again and to see our agents with an upbeat attitude. When agents are busy, the atmosphere in the office is like a celebration. Minor problems are not blown out of proportion. When most are busy making money, there is not time for anyone to stir the cauldron over minor problems.
Positive energy spreads like wild fire. Our yard signs are infiltrating the Franklin MA market, and that's to every agent's advantage. Buyers and sellers like doing business with successful people. As our yard signs become more visible, more new listings continue to come our way.
This busy spring market is a reminder that prospecting for new business during the slow winter months has resulted in our present production. Prospecting is an ongoing process that reaps rewards when you need them most, and the agents who prospect continually are now being rewarded.
