Fall is here and that means we have about two months to harvest as many listings as possible. It's going to be a long winter, and people will continue to need housing, but with much less demand than we are experiencing now. I don't know what you're experiencing, but the buyers are not waiting in line with numbers to buy homes in Franklin MA.
This is the time to prospect for business. This is your last chance to harvest that crop before winter. The Fall inventory will allow you to continue to market for business throughout the winter months. If you have the inventory, you can make the phone ring. There is no more time to waste. The winter months in New England are difficult enough with just battling the severe weather. Now we have a tough economy to survive, also. It's a double blow and not many are prepared for this challenge.

While you're out apple picking this fall, remember that you're in the real estate business. School is in session, and if you have children in school join as many parent organizations as possible. Give your time to a good cause and you'll reap some rewards. Not only will your children benefit from it, but your business may receive the jolt it needs to survive the winter. Your survival this winter may be a determining factor as to whether you'll be working in real estate in the spring market.
