In my first career, I was a chemistry teacher, and chemical formulas were a part of everyday life for me. Now that I'm in real estate, there are still formulas in my life. There is a formula for success. Everyone has their own version of that formula.
Experience, education and dedication are the major components contributing to my success. What are the elements that have contributed to yours? Does your formula for success change as the economic environment changes? Some agents are on a wing and prayer, and there is no formula to discuss. I wonder if they think of themselves as "successful."
If you don't have a formula, there's no time like the present to design one and to adhere to those components. I use my experience to make critical decisions; my education to guide me with real estate tasks; and my dedication to this industry to improve my skills and level of production. The combination of those three elements results in success for me and my team members. How about you?
