What's your motivation to improve the way you work? Some agents say they're satisfied with the income they have now, and they are content to do the same number of transactions this year as they did last year. Do you agree with that attitude?
When you are content, in my opinion, you're "riding for a fall." Contentment is the precursor to failure. It's the foundation upon which disaster is built. The incentive in sales is to climb the ladder of success. It's the inspiration to reach the top and be recognized for that feat. A content agent has lost his/her enthusiasm for the business and needs to regroup with a change of environment and attitude.
Start the year with a new approach and mindset. Remove yourself from the poor influence of those with whom you are currently affiliated. Change is the right formula, and it's across the board. Wipe the slate clean, and start the New Year off in the right direction.
