It’s music to our ears!!! At one of today’s closings, Lorraine was told by the seller that she did everything she said she’d do when she was at the listing presentation.
This home was listed three times with three different agents, and not one of them did everything they said they would do.
The greatest mistake anyone could ever make is to commit to a program with a seller just to get the listing and then not follow through. Lorraine described our marketing and our follow up, and we make sure that everything that was stated, plus additional marketing, happens.
It’s good business. A happy seller means more referrals in that neighborhood, we’re always ready for that!!!
