The Todaro Team had activity at all of our open house events today. However, Lorraine Kuney was at Sandy Knoll Estates in Franklin, and the first couple to arrive were not from the area. They are transferring here from another state and want to live in Franklin to be close to family. They want to build at Sandy Knoll. They saw the open house advertised online after doing a Google search. After I wrote the blog, I did a Google search and it ranked #1 on Google with a search for "open house June 13 Franklin MA."
Now that's what I'm talkin' about when I say that blogging is just as successful for us as direct mail marketing when done consistently. How can you argue about it??? It's a win-win for us. Both blogging and direct mail give my team members business and make money for all of us.
