Every day is new and different in the real estate business. We certainly do not have a boring job, and each agent marches to his/her own drummer. How do you determine what your tempo will be? Those with experience who continue to thrive have a game plan mapped out.
How have you planned your journey? Many are not planners. They jump in their car every morning and head in the same direction day after day. They don't have a destination, but they hope the road they're traveling leads to something worthwhile. Sometimes it does, in spite of that agent!!
More often than not, the journey not formally planned ends quickly or faster than was expected. Devoting time in the real estate business without a plan will result in a speedy conclusion to what may have been a worthwhile venture. Map out your plan for success, and you'll find that each day will bring you closer to your destination.
