
Business seems to be picking up in our subdivisions. We have had a run of new transactions, and many of them are referrals from previous sales in our subdivisions. The best source of advertising is a happy homeowner. If that homeowner moves into the home or condo and is still smiling when everything is in place in their home, there will be more deals ahead.
If you are marketing a subdivision, the happy new homeowner is a great reference source for a potential buyer. Invite them to visit you at your open house events, and if you are fortunate enough to have potential buyers visiting at that same moment, you just struck it rich. There is no better way to close a buyer than to have a new homeowner show his/her delight about their new purchase.
Extending invitations to new homeowners to visit you at your open house events should be done every weekend. Make a point of doing it. Positive energy spreads fast, and we want to gather as much of that as we can.
