Since The Kuney-Todaro Team members are listing agents, I continually update the statistics for our top member for listings taken. I prepare graphs for listings taken since January 1, 2011 and for closed transactions.
We have had several listing calls this year from those online charts. The towns where the listings were located are not towns where I do direct mail marketing every month. We need to be visible everywhere, and the charts accomplish that.
Sellers are always interested in knowing who the most successful listing agents are in their area. How will they know, if you don’t tell them. If you’re a top listing agent, or if your office is a top listing office, spread the word. If you’re writing a post about the accomplishments of your office, include your name throughout the post with links to your website. It may just make your phone ring!!!
Self promotion is like cheerleading....it's how pyramids are built and it's called Good Business!!!
