Learn To Play Nicely In The Sandbox And You'll Make More Money!!!

Are you an agent who is in need of business right now?  Do you have neither listings nor buyers?  The listing agents in my office hold open house events every weekend.  A typical occurrence during the week is an offering of "open house opportunities" for those who are in need of business.  By offering this option to agents to present a property to the public for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon, the agents may have the good fortune to meet a new buyer who is in need of a home, or they may sell the home they are holding open. 

It helps the listing agent because one person can only be at one place at one time, and if that agent has many listings, help is needed.  The sellers are always thrilled that their home is open to the public for viewing and possibly capturing that right buyer. 

Securing business in this market is easier when it's a joint effort.  My team members are always participating in open house events, and new business happens.  We share this opportunity with others in the office.  All of our offices within the firm offer open house opportunities every week.  There is no reason for an agent at RE/MAX Executive Realty to be void of business.  Does your office encourage this type of sharing?  If not, give it a try......it works well for all.
