Are you on a mission? I think it’s called being passionate about a subject or task! A mission is a journey that you’ve decided to undertake that requires full focus with the desire to complete and finish in the lead. Yikes!! That was exhausting to write, so imagine following through with it???
We’re in a very difficult market, and if one is not focused and does not have a mission, the real estate business will become challenging to the degree of not being doable. The time is now to become fixated on your mission.
We have many more years of this difficult market to battle, and we need to stay ahead of the game. Our marketing must be in place; our plan of attack every month must be followed explicitly; we must avoid every bump in the road; and we must stay on track. Sounds easy enough, doesn’t it?
I have one eye on other agents in my marketplace, and many are hanging by their fingernails. Keep your head in the business. The first time it’s not, you’ll know. You’ll see a void in the future, and the pain that follows will be a reminder to get back on track!!
