After starting my day with Michael Thornton's post "not so wordless Wednesday" my thoughts started to stir. Do real estate agents really think about the days of the week? When I was teaching, I always thought about the days. On Monday morning, I thought about the long haul to Friday. Fridays were the best. The kids loved it, the teachers loved it, and I'm not too sure about the parents. When the children are in school, at least the parents know where they are!!!
The real estate profession is not a five day a week job. The old phrase of "over the hump day" may not apply to all people. It certainly doesn't to real estate agents. One day is as busy as another, and they all seem to blend into each other. In our profession, we need to create our own Wednesday. It may not be a Wednesday, but there should be one day that allows us to begin to exhale. Name it whatever you wish, but every week needs to have one. Does yours?
