Patience is a virtue, but that's nothing new to an active real estate agent. We know that patience is needed when working buyers, especially when that buyer has not even placed his home on the market!!
Patience is needed when you are called to give a listing presentation and the home is not going on the market for six months!!! That means six months of very close follow up.
Patience is needed when selling a new home and not having it close for nine months. Patience is needed with the buyer of that new home during the construction process and making sure selections are made in a timely fashion. You know how difficult making choices can be!!!
Patience is a virtue in real estate and to learn that behavior will result in extra mileage. Our road to success is a very long road, and any extra miles removed as a bonus are greatly welcomed by this real estate team.
