12 hour MA Real Estate continuing education class
today taught by Bill Morgan.....The Hat Guy.
In the State of Massachusetts, all licensed agents need to attend 12 hours of continuing education every two years prior to renewing your MA real estate license. I've attended a variety of courses taught by many different accredited real estate schools. There is not a 12 hour continuing education class as informative and entertaining as Bill Morgan's class.
This is the second time I've attended his course, and I assure you I will be there again in two years. Log onto Bill Morgan's Real Estate Academy. The photo to the left is Bill Morgan. The topics are the same as other schools offer, but the presentation is the most entertaining, down to earth, exciting and informative course that anyone could think of attending. I will recommend this course to everyone in my office. There is class participation and good information and stories shared. It's definitely the best.
