This is a new listing that we entered into MLS on Monday, and here is the postcard that is being mailed today to 200 residence in the area of the subject property. This subdivision has 72 homes and last year we listed one home that snowballed into 6 new listings because of my mailing "just listed" postcards to other residents in this subdivision.
Along with just listed postcards, we will also mail future postcards that reflect a pending sale and a closed transaction. This postcard will bring us additional business. It always does!!!
My outside blog domain name is on the card and that has over 2000 blog posts for the general public to read, and they do. Before we are called to give a listing presentation, the homeowners have read my posts and know exactly what we do for marketing. They see our slide shows and videos of our current listings, along with narratives that I've written.
Before homeowners decide to list with an agent, they want to know exactly what that agent is going to do and they need to know the success rate. The production charts are online and available for sellers to see when they go to my outside blog. There are personal posts for those folks who like to see some transparency. My family and Rocky are there to meet and greet!!!
