Lorraine Kuney of The Todaro Team has a sale pending on this eleven room farmhouse built between 1725 and 1750. Maplewood Farm was the Joseph Willard Daniels Home in Millis, Ma. Additions were added to this home in 1825. This home was erected with post and beam construction.
Lorraine found an enthusiastic buyer with a great appreciation for the quality construction that exists in this home. This buyer intends to restore this beautiful historical home. The property was a working farm for hundreds of years, and there is a huge barn for animals.
This barn was constructed in the mid 1800's and has several stables, a bullpen and an underground tunnel for animals.
This property was listed at $319,900 and is expected to close at the end of March.
