Our open house event on Saturday resulted in another reservation at The Villas at Eagles Nest in Franklin, Ma. This reservation is on a second floor condo in building #7 unit 721 which is listed at $409,900. This condo should close on April 7, 2010.
We now have 3 standing condos available. One is in building #7 on the second floor, and two are in building #9 on the second floor, a corner unit and two penthouse condos.
Our activity has been consistently flowing and our open house events are a very worthwhile venture for our visitors.
Visit us today from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for a tour of the three condos that are remaining. Directions: Miller Street to Silver Fox Road to Eagles Nest Way.

Clason.....thank you for the kind words....my team devotes time and energy....I put in my time, energy and plenty of money to make the phone ring and the traffic flow.....we do whatever we need to do to maintain our production....as the market improves, my costs will decrease.
