First thing I noticed was the steps to the front door... something I wouldn't expect in an Active Adult Community. Getting away from steps would be one of my primary motivators for choosing to move. It sounds like they have nice home features, so perhaps there's another model without steps. ???
Margaret....the units have to have steps because the foundations cannot be lowered....the water table will be a problem.....there is not enough room for a ramp.....we have one handicapped buyer who has a chair lift from the garage.
