Ed....I've been blogging on wordpress on the days I could not use AR.....
Lottie.....this is not that large for our standards....I did a 50 lot subdivision a couple of years ago and the smallest home was 3,500 s.f....up to 6,500 s.f....we were about $200/s.f.
