Father's Day weekend open house event was a success
event at Meadowbrook Heights in Franklin MA 02038. There were not many open house events held in the Town of Franklin, MA, but The Todaro Team held all of their new construction communities open for those serious buyers to visit. We did have activity at Meadowbrook Heights and the agent was certainly glad the home was held open.
Meadowbrook Heights is an active adult community of 59 duplex style townhomes that all feature a first floor master bedroom suite, a very open floor plan, maple kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and tiled floor. The dining area has
hardwood and a boxed out window. This room is open to the family room with its gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling and slider to a private deck.
The condo fee is a very reasonable $200/month. Our prices start at $339,900. Visit our open house events every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and take a tour of our model home.
Call Lorraine Kuney of The Todaro Team at 508-380-9938 for a private showing or to have a brochure emailed to you.

Glad the Open House was a success Barbara.............I've had some of the best success on holidays over the years.............the "we never close" attitude is good.
Great presentation Barbara. It looks like you have a fantastic product to sell.
Roger....that's why we have teams....we can stay open every day.
Thanks, Charles.....the condos are really luxury units....top quality throughout and the price is right.
Maybe some day Shaken...with a Twist will be successful enough so I can form a team.........I still stay open every day, even working alone.
Roger....that's a tough act to follow....
Hi Barbara,
Can you give me an idea of the cost of your direct mailing? I know it's a numbers game so can you help with number of mails to number of listings?
Kellie....I mail to approx 7000 homes....I could easily eliminate over 2000 homes from areas that are not big turn over....I pay .42/postcard including postage.....I know you can do it for less....look up Inna Hardison, ha media....have her give you a price....she's done alot of marketing for AR people....she and I don't always think the same about the message on the postcard, but but she's more competitive than my in house marketing dept. when it comes to printing.....
