Wow, Barbara! What a nice and cozy looking house! In picture above, is that a ranch or a cape style? Wishing you the best in selling off these beautiful houses!
Hi Barbara, one-level living is convenient. I have a gorgeous condo that is 55 and over and it's upstairs. That is the only thing that prevents people from buying it. They think of the future.
A new condo development is being built near me. Phase I is complete. The buyers that come to my condo mention that new development and it has tons of stairs. 3 levels I might add. The builder keeps dropping the price over the last few weeks. It started at $599k and I knew back then those condos will not warrant that price and I was right.
You will have quick sales at Palladini Village. They are gorgeous!
Nice place. Of course, my eyes are drawn to the floors. I hope it sells fast.
James....that's a ranch style home....they're all different inside....very custom...
Thank you, Jackie....they really are beautiful....no stairs is the winner today....one level living is hard to find with new construction.
Debbie....the floors are all strip oak flooring....three coats of poly with sanding in between.....beautiful finish....the baths and laundry are tile....most select hardwood in the kitchen rather than tile....that would be my choice too.
James...thank you for adding me as an associate....
