Andy....if and when that happens, I'll retire.....that's my answer.....our job deserves more than a flat fee.....we need to be able to negotiate what each listing is worth....many are time and management intense and warrant an increased commission.....others are a slam dunk and it's o.k. to take a piece and go....flat fee determined by someone other than the person doing the work, bye-bye!!!
